Clean and well-maintained common areas.

We booked a Standard Studio but found it not clean at all. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the room, and the cleanliness of the towels was questionable. I brought this to the staff's attention, but the response was very slow, and I felt ignored after my initial complaint.

Spacious rooms with all necessities

The Deluxe Studio is a little gem, much nicer than the pictures suggest, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, being just a short walk from attractions. Don't miss out on the delicious meat and fish dishes offered. they're fantastic! However, the gym facilities are a bit aged, and there was a minor inconvenience with some of the poolside seating being limited during peak times.

I absolutely loved my stay at Woodmere Grand Hotel & Serviced Apartments! The spacious Standard Studio was perfectly equipped with a cozy corner where I could relax with my morning coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The location was also excellent, allowing easy access to local attractions.

The hot water took a while to heat up in the shower.
